MANUFACTURING KILN SHELL OF CLINKER FOR THE MOST LARGEST CEMENT PRODUCTION LINE IN VIETNAM.
Kiln Shell of Clinker is more than 90m in length, to be as a complex mechanical structure in dimension, thickness, manufacturing method, welding technology, assembling etc…
The Contract for manufacturing Clinker Kiln Shell was signed between Polysisus Vitenam AG and Lilama 69-3 JSC, with the capacity of 12,000 tons per day (equivalent to 3.5 million of cement per year).

Together with manufacturing Kiln Shells of Clinker, Lilama 69-3 JSC also fabricate Cone Inlets, Outlets with great thickness of basic plates and assembling in great dimensions and meeting the requirements of high precision and coincided central points.
Kiln Shell of Clinker is now in top rank of localization in Vietnam.

At present, Lilama 69-3 has fabricated many Kiln Shells of Clinker to replace the existing ones in Hoang Thanh cement plant (03 cement production lines with capacity of 3.6million of ton per year), in Cam Pha Cement Plant ( 01 cement production line with capacity of 2.3 million of ton per year). Also, Lilama 69-3 has manufactured Exhaust Territory Duct in cement production factory and Ventilation system in Khanh Hoa sugar production factory.
